Psychological therapy focuses on resolving mental health issues and distress associated with patterns of thinking and behaving that are not supporting health and well-being. A large part of the therapy process involves building self-awareness on understanding the ‘why’ of a problem, where it comes from, and how it can be resolved. The second aspect involves supportive guidance for you to make those changes within yourself and your life.

Life Coaching
Coaching generally has a focus on improving performance, effectiveness, and achievement of goals. Improvement of your emotional well-being is a natural side-effect of coaching. If you are not suffering from mental health issues, then coaching may be a better fit for you. You may also choose to begin with psychotherapy and then move into coaching sessions once your mental health has improved. We can ultimately create a bespoke package that fits your particular needs.

Clinical Supervision
I have completed BPS Accredited Supervisor Training and offer clinical and counselling supervision to counsellors, therapists, and psychologists. I have supervised trainees and professionals both in person and online. I have also supervised groups of professionals. My main supervision model follows Hawkins and Shohet (2007) Seven Eyed Process model.
